A list of some of the most frequently used visa applications (in both the personal and business immigration domains) on which we are able to assist with are provided below, along with average costs for each application type.

As many of our clients’ matters are complex and the service we offer bespoke, the following fees should be referenced as a guide only

Basis of Costs


We usually charge on a fixed-fee basis, and there can vary depending on the experience and seniority of the lawyers who will assist you with your immigration matters as well as the complexity of the application. Our hourly range from £175 to £325 plus VAT (where applicable) for our non-partner fee earners and £395-600 plus VAT (where applicable) for our partners. Please note that these rates are subject to annual review.


Our legal fees will always reflect the estimate given unless new or unforeseen circumstances arise. In such a case, a revised estimate of our legal fees will be provided to you. Where we are required to undertake additional work, our legal fees will increase.

We provide a bespoke estimate of the likely fees you will incur once we have more information about the specific circumstances surrounding your application.


All fees stated above exclude VAT unless specifically stated. Professional fees will be subject to VAT at 20% where this is applicable.


The fee estimates above are based on the assumption that the applicant meets the requirements of the Immigration Rules, EEA Regulations, or British Nationality Act 1981 (as applicable) without requiring discretion to be exercised.

It also assumes there are no other factors which make the application more complex such as a criminal record or a history of non-compliance with UKVI.


The costs quoted here do not include any disbursements related to your matter. Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as translation fees and courier fees. Home office disbursements will be at applicable rates.  


We are able to handle the payment of disbursements on your behalf in order to ensure a smoother process, but it will require money to be paid to us in advance from you in order to do so.

Included in the Costs

  • We will review all documents and advise on the immigration options open to you based on the information you provide.  

  • We will advise on the documentary evidence required to be submitted to the immigration authorities.

  • We will draft a supporting letter setting out the facts of your case and explaining how you meet the immigration requirements.

  • We will submit the online application to the immigration authorities and liaise with you regarding the same.

  • We will represent the applicant during the submission of ancillary documentation at the Home Office centres.

  • We will liaise with UKVI on applicant’s behalf and keep you or the applicant informed of any progress. 

Not included in the Costs


  • Interpreters fees

  • Where the Home Office refuses your application, advice and assistance in relation to any appeal

  • Travel costs

  • Attendance at any Home Office interview

  • Multiple document reviews 

Processing times for in-country applications can vary depending on whether they are submitted as standard (up to six months, though usually no more than 3 months) or priority (within a few days, with payment of an additional Home Office fee).
